Neuralia is a former settlement in Kern County, California.^[1] It was located on the Southern Pacific Railroad 12 miles (19 km) northeast of Mojave,^[2] at an elevation of 2395 feet (730 m).^[1] Neuralia still appeared on maps as of 1947.^[1]

A post office operated from 1914 to 1916.^[2] The name is derived from "new railroad".^[2]
