Zall-Gjoçaj National Park (Albanian: Parku Kombëtar i Zall Gjoçajt) is a park located in the region of Mat, upper-central Albania. The park has a surface are of 140.00 ha. Although small in size, it is abundantly rich in its biodiversity and habitat. The park's forest consists mainly of pine tree, fir and beech. It features numerous alpine meadows, glacial lakes and streams. Large mammals like bear (Ursus arctos), wolf (Canis lupus), lynx (Felis lynx), deer (Capreolus capreolus) and birds like the eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) live here.[1]
