The Vietnam leaf-nosed bat (Paracoelops megalotis) is a species of bat in the family Hipposideridae. It is monotypic within the genus Paracoelops.[1] It is endemic to Vietnam. It is threatened by habitat loss. The IUCN Red List of threatened species lists this bat as data deficient. This species is only known from one degraded specimen. Many researchers fear that this species of bat is already extinct as it has not been seen in over 60 years.
