Veliká Ves (German: Michelsdorf) is a village and municipality (obec) in Chomutov District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 17.81 square kilometres (6.88 sq mi), and has a population of 272 (as at 28 August 2006).
Veliká Ves lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) south of Chomutov, 65 km (40 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 78 km (48 mi) west of Prague.
