Teodor Laço
Teodor Laço (6 September 1936 – 15 October 2016) was an Albanian writer and diplomat. He was the Minister of Culture[1] from 1994 until 1997 and later the Albanian ambassador to the Russian Federation.[2][3]
Born in Dardhë in 1936, he studied agronomy at the Agricultural University of Tirana.[4] He was the founder and leader of Liberal Union Party of Albania.[5][6]
