Sex, Love & Pain is the third studio album by American recording artist Tank. The album was released on May 15, 2007, by Blackground Records. The first single released was "Please Don't Go", followed by the single "Heartbreaker".
Following its release, it debuted on the Billboard 200 at number two, selling 103,000 copies in its first week and reaching #1 on the Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop albums chart. The album was nominated for Best R&B Album for the 50th Grammy Awards. It is also Tank's first album to have a Parental Advisory sticker.
