Reno Anoa'i is a professional wrestler and a member of the Anoaʻi family. He is best known for his time in Nu-Wrestling Evolution under the ring name Black Pearl.[1][2]

Career

Anoa'i was trained by his uncle Afa Anoa'i. He started in 2002 under the name of "Reno the Black Pearl". He wrestled in the California promotion Empire Wrestling Federation and Pennsylvania with World Xtreme Wrestling as the "Black Pearl".

In 2005, Anoa'i left for Italy and joined his cousin Rikishi in Nu-Wrestling Evolution. In NWE, Anoa'i adopted an aristocratic character, becoming known as " The Count of California ".

November 25, 2005 in Naples, he won the tournament and became the first Heavyweight Championship of the NWE.

December 7, 2006, he lost his title to Vampiro in Parto.

He participated in the Hulkamania: Let The Battle Begin Tour in November 2009.
