- South Park Township (PART, Districts 02, 04, 05, 06, 08 and 12)
- West Mifflin (PART, Districts 01, 02, 05, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21)
- Whitehall
