Mincivan, in Armenian Mijnavan (also Michnavan) is a town in the Zangilan Rayon of Azerbaijan. Its population as of 2010 is 324. It has been controlled by the armed forces of the de facto Nagorno-Karabakh Republic since August 1993, where it is located in the administrative division of the Kashatagh Region.
