He had started playing with the first team as a bonus player in 2010–11 season. For debut season he played on 27 league caps and 1 Lav Cup Serbia match, against Red Star Belgrade played in front of a full Kraljevo City Stadium on 22 September 2010. He was one of players in starting eleven on that match.[4] He played a solid match, as an other players and played an equally until the end of match, but in finish prevailed an experience of Red-whites.[5] Previously, he noted appearance in Lav Cup zero fixture match, when Sloga made a home win with result 2:1 versus Radnički Niš on 1 September 2010 and qualified for match with Red Star Belgrade.[6] He also played some league cup matches.[7] At the beginning of his senior career, he was mostly used as a midfielder, but he also appeared as a right-back in some matches during the spring half-season, after Jovica Vasilić left the club.[8]

For the 2011–12 season, Gobeljić entered with a year of senior experience. After the club promoted in the First League, he was mostly used playing in the first squad, and ended season with 3 goals on 31 league caps. He played mostly matches on central midfield position, but he also appeared as a right-back in some matches. At home match against Čukarički when Sloga lost with 1:2 result, he played on stopper place, after Boban Dmitrović was substituted out in a half-time. Previously he scored a goal in that game.[9] Later, during the competition, he scored 2 more goals in matches against Proleter Novi Sad and OFK Mladenovac.[10]

2012–13 season

During the 2012–13 season, Gobeljić spent most caps playing as central midfielder, until coach Neško Milovanović moved him on right-back before the end of season. He was the most standard player of the season, making 32 First League[11] and 1 cup appearance against OFK Beograd at Omladinski Stadium, when Sloga lost with 5:0 result.[12][13] He did not score a goal, but he was nominated for the man of the match once time.[1]

2013–14 season

For the first fixture of new competition, Gobeljić started in slightly lower form, but later his games became better and contribution to team more significant. After bad result in the first round,[14] the first team captain Aleksandar Božović dropped into the background, and more experienced Bojan Šejić replaced him on goal, Gobeljić got an armband as a vice-captain ahead of a little older Miloš Janićijević and Nemanja Miletić.[15] He was doing that very successful, making 26 appearances, the most as a captain, until Božović's returning on goal after Šejić's departure 4 rounds before the end of season, when he took an armband again. He played mostly matches as a right-back during the season, because of speed and explosive power. Teammates and supporters called him "MG7", alluding to Cristiano Ronaldo (CR7), because of his lucidity in game and number 7 on his back. Although players do not play on the same positions in teams, that comparison was more based on his lider and motoric abilities. He has a grate contribution for all 7 home wins in first half of season. Continuing of competition, he started with lower form, which became better from fixture to fixture.
