Clinton, Lassen County, California

Clinton is a former settlement in Lassen County, California.^[1] It was located 8 miles (13 km) east of Susanville.^[1]

A post office operated at Clinton from 1896 to 1915.^[1] The place was named after Clinton, Maine, home town of its first postmaster.^[1]
