Cesana Brianza is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lecco in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) north of Milan and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) southwest of Lecco. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,257 and an area of 3.4 square kilometres (1.3 sq mi).[1]
