Casalnuovo di Napoli [kaˌzalˈnwɔːvo di ˈnaːpoli] (Neapolitan: Casalnuovo 'e Napule) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Naples in the Italian region Campania, located about 13 kilometres (8 miles) northeast of Naples.
The municipality of Casalnuovo di Napoli contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Casarea, Tavernanova, and Licignano.
Casalnuovo di Napoli borders the following municipalities: Acerra, Afragola, Casoria, Pollena Trocchia, Pomigliano d'Arco, Sant'Anastasia, Volla.
