The 2006–07 Malaysia Premier League (Malay: Liga Premier Malaysia 2006–07) is the fourth season of the Malaysia Premier League since its inception in 2004.
This season had 11 teams playing for promotion to the expanded Malaysia Super League. The teams were:-

The 2007 champion was PDRM FA. They were promoted to Super League Malaysia 2007-08 along with runners-up UPB-MyTeam FC.
