Zlynkovsky District (Russian: Злы́нковский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[4] district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Bryansk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southwest of the oblast. The area of the district is 741 square kilometers (286 sq mi).[5] Its administrative center is the town of Zlynka.[1] Population: 12,917 (2010 Census);[6] 14,056 (2002 Census);[9] 17,205 (1989 Census).[10] The population of Zlynka accounts for 42.6% of the district's total population.[6]
