Wicomico County Sheriff's Office
The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) is the primary law enforcement agency servicing a population of 98,733 people within 374 square miles (970 km2) of jurisdiction.[1]
Duties
The WCSO was established in 1867 and is responsible for the protection of life and property, enforcing orders of the court, and maintaining the detention facility for Wicomico County, Maryland.
