West Virginia Route 218 is a north–south state highway located in northern West Virginia. The southern terminus of the route is at U.S. Route 19 outside Worthington. The northern terminus is at the Pennsylvania state line in Blacksville, where WV 218 continues northward as Pennsylvania Route 218.
