Wendy Lindquist, born on May 16, 1979 in British Columbia, is a Canadian ex-gymnast and dancer turned bodybuider, fitness model, and Strongwoman competitor. She began training for bodybuilding in 2001. She currently lives in Abbotsford, British Columbia.

Wendy stands 5'3" and currently competes at a bodyweight of 128 lb. Her early contest history consisted mainly of regional shows. She made her first National-level appearances in 2003, coming fourth in the light-heavyweight and in her medium-short figure class.

Besides being a bodybuilder she competes in Strongwoman competitions and works as a model.
