"Wasted" is a song recorded by Polish singer Margaret for her debut studio album, Add the Blonde (2014). It was released as the lead single from the album on 15 January 2014 in Poland.[1] In April that same year it was released in Scandinavia.[2] The song was written by Thomas Karlsson, Emily Philips, Robert Uhlmann, Ant Whiting and Boris Potemkin.[3]
The single reached number 6 on the Polish Airplay Chart.[4]
Music video
A music video to accompany the release of "Wasted" was premiered on orange.pl on 14 January 2014, and was uploaded onto YouTube on 30 January 2014. The video was directed by Julia Bui Ngoc. It was filmed in Warsaw. The inspirations were drawn from the film Amélie and the events organised by Andy Warhol.[5][6]
