Vista Land is the housing and residential subsidiary of Vista Land & Lifescapes.[1] It was incorporated on February 28, 2007 and was listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange on June 25, 2007. It operates through its five distinct subsidiaries namely Brittany, Crown Asia, Camella Homes, Communities Philippines, and Vista Residences. It has presence in 35 provinces, and 86 cities and municipalities in the entire Philippines.[2]

Residential Development

Camella Homes is designed to provide quality low-cost housing and communities to the mid-market segment in the Philippines and are usually priced between ₱0.8 million and ₱4.0 million.[2][3]

Crown Asia is designed to cater to the upper and middle-income earners, offering houses priced between ₱4.0 million and ₱12.0 million.[4]

Brittany is the pioneer housing developer in building themed luxury communities inspired by European and American home living. Projects developed under Brittany combine the charm of old world with the elegance of modern design.[5] Brittany caters to the high-end market in Mega Manila, offering luxury houses in master-planned communities, priced at ₱12.0 million and above.[2]

Communities Philippines offers low-cost residential properties priced between Php0.8 million and Php3.5 million.

Mass Housing

Lumina and Bria caters to the socialized housing segment that largely includes minimum wage earners. Its Lumina brand has the tagline of “Every Juan’s Home.”[6]

Vertical

Vista Residences is a real estate development project of Vista Land that caters to vertical development in the Philippines. Vista Residences are usually located at the heart of the highly urbanized cities in the country.[7][8]
