Viqar un Nisa College for Women Rawalpindi is an intermediate to post graduate college in Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. About 130 teachers teach there. It was founded in early 1950s by Begum Viqar un Nisa Noon, wife of Feroz Khan Noon. Approximately, 7000 students are enrolled. Begum Viqar-un-Nisa Noon also founded Viqar-un-Nisa noon Girls' Higher Secondary School, Rawalpindi. This college was first part of the school but it was taken by the government. As of date, while the college is a government institution, the school is still private.

The institute is located at Sir Syed Chowk, Rawalpindi.

Urdu and English are taught at the post graduate level.
