Villafranca Padovana is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Padua in the Italian region Veneto, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) west of Venice and about 11 kilometres (7 mi) northwest of Padua. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 8,522 and an area of 23.8 square kilometres (9.2 sq mi).[1]
