Vanguard Hubei Police Academy FC (Simplified Chinese: 前卫湖北警官学院; Hanyu Pinyin: Qiánwèi Húběi Jǐngguān Xuéyuán) is a Chinese semi-professional football club based in Wuhan city, Hubei Province, China.
Vanguard Hubei PAFC was founded by the Ministry of Public Security PRC., Vanguard Sports Association and Hubei Police Academy. The club is one of three professional football clubs in Wuhan and also the first Chinese professional FC with the name of a college.
The first coach of the club, Li Hu'en, is also a coach for Yanbian FC.
