Uggiate-Trevano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Como in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Milan and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) west of Como, on the border with Switzerland. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,011 and an area of 5.8 square kilometres (2.2 sq mi).[1]
