Ty Raymond Swadling (born 26 September 1988) is an Australian individual and synchronised trampolinist, representing his nation at international competitions. He competed at world championships, including at the 2007, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015 Trampoline World Championships.[1][2]
He took up the sport at age 12 at Eastlake Trampoline Sports in Belmont, NSW, Australia.
Personal
He is also a teacher. His partner Christine Hall has also represented Australia in trampoline gymnastics. His younger brother Shaun Swadling also competes in trampoline gymnastics and the pair have competed in synchronised trampolining. His mother Jo Swadling has been the manager of several national trampoline teams. She is a qualified intermediate judge, and she has also completed a level 1 coaching course.
