Ty Clarke (born April 29, 1953) a former American football coach. Clarke was the head football coach for the Waynesburg University in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. He held that position for seven seasons, from 1987 until 1993.[1] His coaching record at Waynesburg was 28 wins and 39 losses.[2]
