Tula's International School, the modern gurukul, is a private co-educational residential school from grade IV to grade XII. Established by the non-profit Rishabh Educational Trust which was founded by Mr. Sunil Kumar Jain in the year 2004. It is located at Dehradun in Uttarakhand. It shares campus with Tula's Institute, Dehradun. It is affiliated to C.B.S.E.(Central Board of Secondary Education),^[1] New Delhi.

Education System

The school follows the curriculum laid down by Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E),^[2] New Delhi. It also conducts continuous tests and assignments. The Continuous and Comprehensive evaluation (CCE), the education system introduced by C.B.S.E., is followed along with the Grading system to evaluate the student's performance.

The Tula's International School is sited on the Dehradun – Chakrata Road (NH-72) in Dhoolkot at Town Selaqui in District Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Facilities

The school has digital workstations instead of the traditional system of fixed classrooms. The school has well-qualified and experienced faculty.^[3] It has library cum media centre, laboratories, an open-air amphitheatre and auditorium, squash courts, basketball courts and tennis courts, swimming pool, cricket ground, football fields, facilities^[4] for indoor games are also provided to the students. The school also has a cafeteria, boarding house, infirmary and a gym. Languages such as French, German and Sanskrit are taught. The entire campus has Wi-Fi connectivity.

Boarding Houses

Tula’s International School has separate boarding houses both for girls and boys, housing with four children in each dorm. Boarding houses have all the facilities with CCTV camera surveillance. Only vegetarian food is served maintaining a correct nutritional balance.
