Tomi Pierucci (born September 6, 1983) is an Argentine entrepreneur and investor. He is the founder of several successful businesses including Little Blue, Big Blue Ideas and Bluesmart.

Personal life

Tomás Pierucci, better known as Tomi Pierucci, was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina to a family of entrepreneurs. He studied Marketing at Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales and continued his studies at IAE Business School and IESE Business School. He started his first company while still in high-school during the middle of Argentina's worst economic crisis.[1][2]

Career

Pierucci started his first company Little Blue providing custom-designed sport clothing for college students in Argentina. He grew the company to become one of the leaders of the category in the country and expanded across Latin America.[2] With his second company Big Blue Ideas, Pierucci developed products and provided branding services to top companies around the world including Disney, Motorola and Coca-Cola. Pierucci's latest company Bluesmart is planning to produce an innovative "smart suitcase", for which it has raised $1.7 million USD in crowdfunding pre-orders at launch in 2014.[3][4][5]
