Tokiyasu Fujita

Tokiyasu Fujita (藤田 宙靖 Fujita Tokiyasu, born April 6, 1940[1]) was a member of the Supreme Court of Japan and an administrative law professor at Tohoku University.[2] He retired from the Supreme Court on April 5, 2010, upon reaching the mandatory retirement age of 70.
