The Comedian's Comedian with Stuart Goldsmith is an interview podcast, in which Stuart Goldsmith interviews comedians about the craft of writing and performing standup comedy.[1]
Interviewees so far have included Richard Herring, Alan Davies, The Boy With Tape On His Face, Abandoman, Josh Widdicombe, Sara Pascoe and more.
Some podcasts have been recorded in the comedians' homes, or—in the case of Paul Sinha—in his car. Some podcasts are also recorded live in front of an audience, both in London and at the Edinburgh Fringe.
Rhod Gilbert revealed on the podcast that his show Ask Rhod Gilbert had been axed by the BBC.[2]
The podcast is published on Soundcloud and iTunes, and syndicated on the British Comedy Guide.[3]
It was nominated at the Chortle Awards for the Internet Award in 2013[4] and 2014.[5]
