Tetrosomus is a genus of boxfishes native to the Indian and western Pacific Oceans.

- Tetrosomus gibbosus (Linnaeus, 1758) (Humpback turretfish)
- Tetrosomus reipublicae (Whitley, 1930) (Smallspine turretfish)
- Tetrosomus stellifer (Bloch & Schneider, 1801)
