Terry Mays House is a historic home located at Grandin, Carter County, Missouri. It was built between 1888 and 1909 by the Missouri Lumber and Mining Company. It is a one-story, vernacular frame dwelling with shingle siding and small, gable roofed front porch.[2]:7
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.[1]
