Tarun Bharat is a Marathi newspaper based in Belgaum, India. It is the seventh-largest-selling Marathi daily newspaper in the country. It has 8 editions from in North Karnataka (Belgaum), South Maharashtra (Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara) Kokan (Sindhudurg and Ratnagiri), Mumbai (Started on 26, December, 2013) and Goa.
In the year 1919 the late Shri Baburao Thakur started the newspaper keeping in mind the development of Education and to fight against the British. The Current Editor is Shri Kiran B. Thakur and the Executive Director is Shri. Prasad K. Thakur. Tarun Bharat is also taking a frontstep to give a voice to the common man belgaum. It also speaks clearly on the injustice being done on the Belgaon's Marathi people by the Karnataka government.
