Telsing Ngamjang Haokip is former Minister of Manipur and president of the Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee.[1] [2] [3] [4] He has been consistently elected for five times from 59 Saikot(ST) Assembly constituency in Churachandpur district, Manipur.[5]
