TINYpulse is a B2B SaaS employee survey product owned and operated by TINYhr.[1] It offers weekly employee happiness surveys.[2] The product launched in September 2012 [3]

Product History

TINYpulse was created after TINYhr founder and CEO David Niu went on a “Careercation” in which he met with several business owners to understand the major pain points around leadership, culture, and managing people. Based on their feedback, Niu wrote his book Careercation: Trading Briefcase for Suitcase to Find Entrepreneurial Happiness. He later developed TINYpulse to give leaders a “pulse on how happy, burnt out and frustrated their employees are.”[3]

About Product

Employers use TINYpulse to send out regular, one-question surveys to their employees. The product includes features like “Cheer for Peers” which acts as an employee recognition tool and virtual suggestions to let employees make suggestions to their employers.[4]

TINYpulse collects only anonymous feedback from employees to encourage honest responses.[5]

Users of TINYpulse are encouraged to share the results back with their staff by sending out company-wide results with TINYpulse’s sharing feature. They can also see how their results match against baseline values.[6]

TINYpulse operates on a monthly billing cycle where clients pay based on the number of users they have.[7]
