School Song
The school's fight song was composed by Michael R Packham for the dedication of the school. For many years it was played at every game and school gathering. It was required of each incoming 7th grader to memorize the lyics:
We're Seahawks! Watch us soar.
We're Seahawks, learning more
Of life, as we view the world
Above our big salt sea.
We're Seahawks to the end.
We're Seahawks, need a friend?
Then come fly the heights with us.
You're in good company.
Cheer for the orange, you'll never lose.
Cheer for the blue of Syracuse.
We're loyal to you, the Orange and Blue
Of Syracuse Junior High.
Go, Seahawks! Fill the sky
With Seahawks, flying high.
So shout out for Syracuse,
The Seahawks can't be beat!
