Saul Marron (born 15 September 1981) is a Scottish actor.

Early life

Born Saul-Joseph Marron in Leicester, the youngest of four children, he moved to Scotland as a baby and was raised in Crieff (Perthshire). He attended St Columba's High School, Perth.

Marron started acting as a teenager and went on to receive his B/A at East 15 Acting School in Loughton.

Career

Marrons first TV role was in The London Affair (2007), working with British director Nick Hatton-Jones. Subsequent work includes several projects with Big Red Button, including: Shadowman (2008) and the off the wall comedy Beep Burberry (2009). In late 2010 he wrote and filmed the pilot for his own dark comedy sketch show Wonderdog, following this up with the buddy comedy Community Service(2011).

Well known for his voiceover work, Saul Marron has appeared in several advertising campaigns, most notably the FRANK anti-drugs commercial with David Mitchell where he played the part of Baggie. He saw a life time goal of being cast in a horror film when in 2007 he played the voice of the demon in Dark Journey, starring Tiffany Mulheron^[1] and directed by James White.

Saul's professional theatre debut was in the new play Madonna & Me(Scouse Productions) at the Jermyn Street Theatre, Piccadilly Circus. Since 2008 he has been a part of the international hit show Sh*tfaced Shakespeare. After years of sell out shows the company traveled to the U.S in 2015 performing the cult show. In 2016 they performed at the Leicester Square Theatre in London's West End.

Marron currently resides in East London.
