Saint Justin School is a Catholic elementary school located in Santa Clara, California. The school currently offers classes from grades K-8.
St. Justin's School was first opened in 1958 to offer parishioners of St. Justin's Parish a place to send their children to school. From the start it has been a co-educational institution.
Most St. Justin graduates attend Catholic high schools in the area including, Mitty, Bellarmine Prep, St. Francis, Notre Dame, and Presentation. It is fully certified by the Western Association of Catholic Schools and the National Catholic Educational Association. It meets the State of California Curriculum Standards, as well as the Diocese of San Jose's Curriculum Outcomes.
Annually, the school holds the Eighth Grade Boys George Santich Basketball Tournament, which is a week-long event that invites teams from other local elementary schools to compete for title of tourney winner. And, in 2003, the school began its first annual Eighth Grade Girls Volleyball Tournament following completion of renovations in the school gymnasium.[1]
