Roberto Jaguaribe
Roberto Jaguaribe (born 27 December 1952) is the Brazilian ambassador to the People's Republic of China and was the Ambassador to the United Kingdom. Jaguaribe received a degree in Systems Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and has been a career diplomat since 1979.[1]
