Ranjit Atapattu is a Sri Lankan physician and politician. He was the Cabinet Minister of Health in the United National Party governments from 1977 until 1989. The son of D. P. Atapattu, former MP and Deputy Minister of State, Ranjit Atapattu was educated at Royal College Colombo and the University of Colombo.
