Rajagopal Sathish ( born 14 January 1981) is an Indian First-class cricketer who plays as an all-rounder.[1]
He was captain of the India XI in the then popular Indian Cricket League Twenty20 competition.[1]
Satish is a member of the Tamil Nadu cricket team in Ranji Trophy.[2]
He currently plays for Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League.[2]
Satish is a mechanical engineering student at Jayaram College of Engineering and Technology, Trichy and he finished his schooling at E.R.Higher Secondary School- Tiruchirappalli.
Hailing from a modest family background in Tamil Nadu, Rajagopal Sathish is a talented batting all-rounder and a brilliant fielder. He was one of the top performers in the rebel league that gave him a lot of recognition, which was otherwise never given to him in first-class cricket.
