QLess is an USA company headquartered Pasadena, CA that produces a software-as-a-service solution to eliminate lines. The queue management system allows customers to wait in a virtual line rather than a physical line. Upon joining the virtual line, customers receive an SMS text, voice call, app notification, and/or audio-visual notification as they approach the front of the line. This is known as Mobile Queuing.[1]
Overview
Queuing users can get in the virtual line in several ways: from the physical location of the queue using a touchscreen kiosk or from a remote location via online, by using the QLess app, by sending an SMS text, or by calling an automated voice line. Users receive a forecasted wait time, receive updated forecasts on demand, can push themselves back in line if they need more time, and can leave the mobile queue at any time. Businesses that use QLess can obtain statistics about the queue including busiest times, number of customers not showing up, and customer return rates.[2]

QLess was crowned the Best Computer Services Company in America the last three years in a row at the 2013, 2014 and 2015 by the American Business Awards, and also won the Gold Stevie for the Best Business Services Company under 100 employees at the 2010 American Business Awards.
