Princess Dollie Aur Uska Magic Bag is a TV series produced by Sagar Films (Pvt.Ltd.) for STAR Plus channel. The series was also re-telecast on STAR Utsav due to its popularity among Indian audiences. It is a partial remake of Disney's The Princess Diaries.
The show initially started as Hello Dollie starring Karishma Randhawa in the titular role and Mayank Anand as the male protagonist.

Relation To The Arabian Nights
Among the most important characters in the story, Hatim, Sinbad the Sailor, Ali Baba are from The Arabian Nights.It is similar to The Princess Diaries where Karishma Randhawa plays the role of Anne Hathaway and Suhasini Mulay plays the role of Julie Andrews.
