Synopsis

The telepath crisis ends in tragedy.

Arc significance

Garibaldi begins drinking again. This will lead to serious problems later in the series, both for him and others.
Byron dies, leaving Lyta to carry on the cause for telepaths.
Reveals the hostage situation that was previewed in season 4's The Deconstruction of Falling Stars.
