Pedro Rodríguez Flores Díaz (1609-1682) was a Spanish militia officer and landowner. He served as alcalde de la hermandad in Magdalena,[1] and Monte Grande (Buenos Aires Province).[2]

Biography

Pedro was born in Buenos Aires, the son of don Manuel Rodríguez Flores, (born in Alcazar, Portugal) and Francisca Díaz Encinas.[3] His wife was Mariana Rodríguez de las Varillas, daughter of Spanish architect Francisco Martín Cordovés and Francisca Rodríguez.[4]

Pedro Rodríguez Flores, had belonged to the urban militias, he received the rank of Captain in 1630s,[5]
