Pearson Point

Pearson Point (54°1′S 38°5′W / 54.017°S 38.083°W / -54.017; -38.083Coordinates: 54°1′S 38°5′W / 54.017°S 38.083°W / -54.017; -38.083) is a point forming the southwest extremity of Bird Island, off the west end of South Georgia. The name appears on a 1921 British Admiralty chart.
