Nostitz family
The Nostitz family is a Silesian aristocratic family, named after Nostitz in Saxony, with a history dating back to 1280.
Notable members of the family have included:
- Franz Anton Nostitz-Rieneck (1725–1794), Bohemian nobleman and patron
- Friedrich Moritz von Nostitz-Rieneck (1728–1796), Habsburg Field Marshal and President of the Hofkriegsrat (Military Council)
- Johann Nepomuk von Nostitz-Rieneck (1768–1840), nephew of Friedrich Moritz and Feldmarshall-Leutnant in the Napoleonic Wars
- August Ludwig von Nostitz (1777–1866), Prussian general
