New Urban Communities Authority (Arabic: هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة) is an Egyptian government authority affiliated with the Ministry of Housing. Its headquarter is in Sheikh Zayed City. It was established in accordance with law .59/1979.[1]
