Murray D. Levy is an American politician who represented district 28 in the Maryland House of Delegates. He is a graduate of The George Washington University. Director of Finance, 1971–76, and Director of Public Works, 1976–80, Charles County. Member, Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland, 1986-. President, County Commissioners of Charles County, Maryland, 1994-2004 (member, 1986–2004). Member, Maryland Comprehensive Transit Plan Transit Advisory Panel, 1998–99; Rebuild La Plata Task Force, 2002; Task Force to Study Retiree Health-Care Funding Options, 2005; Blue Ribbon Commission to Study Retiree Health-Care Funding Options, 2007-. Past member, President's Advisory Council, Charles County Community College. He did not run for reelection in 2010.
