Moses N. Wisewell

Moses N. Wisewell (May 15, 1827 April 11, 1888) was an American Union brevet brigadier general during the period of the American Civil War. As a colonel he led the 28th New Jersey Volunteer Infantry at the Battle of Fredericksburg, Virginia under Brigadier General Nathan Kimball.[1] He received his appointment as brevet brigadier general dated to March 13, 1865.[2]
